Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for getReviews (a product of Auravis) or accessing our landing page utilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use our software solutions.
2. Account Registration
To utilize the getReviews dashboard, you must register a business slug, complete subscription onboarding, and maintain active payment credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are liable for any activities occurring under your account.
3. Billing & Pricing
We offer tiered subscription packages (Starter, Growth, and Premium). All subscription plans are billed on a recurring annual or monthly basis depending on selection. Setup/onboarding fees, hardware placard shipping rates, or digital add-ons are non-refundable. Cancellations terminate renewal billing at the end of your current cycle.
4. Third-Party Platforms Compliance
Your getReviews dashboard utilizes third-party platforms, primarily Google Business Profile and Google Maps Reviews.
- You acknowledge that selectively requesting reviews or filtering reviews ("review gating") may violate Google’s official guidelines and local search policies.
- getReviews offers a "Compliance Mode" toggle in settings. Keeping this toggle disabled is at your own risk.
- We are NOT liable for any suspension, de-indexing, ranking drops, or penalties applied to your Google Business listings resulting from your use of this software.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, getReviews (Auravis) and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, database interruptions, loss of review sync connections, Google API rate limitations, or Vercel serverless outages.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue getReviews features (including AI templates, layout models, or background syncing schedules) at any time to maintain quality standards or adapt to external API updates.
