1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Merchant”, “User”, or “You”) and Praxion Technologies (Sole Proprietorship, registered at Praxion Technologies, Rajkot, Gujarat, India - 360006), the creator and operator of getReviews.

By creating an account, testing a free trial, downloading QR display assets, or using getReviews services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use our platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement (18+)

getReviews is designed exclusively for business owners, commercial operators, and authorized enterprise agents. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law to register an account or use this service.

3. Transparent Billing, Taxes & Refunds

• All-Inclusive Pricing: All subscription prices displayed on our website and checkout pages are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST included). There are no hidden activation fees, recurring processing surcharges, or undisclosed extras.
• 3-Day Free Trial: All accounts include a 3-day free trial to test the merchant dashboard and customer review flows before billing occurs.
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: As set forth in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, first-time subscription purchases are backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Custom-printed acrylic countertop stands are manufactured specifically for your business and are non-refundable once dispatched, except in cases of shipping damage.
• Cancellation: You may cancel future recurring renewals at any time directly through your merchant billing settings.

4. Ethical Feedback Collection & Google Guidelines Compliance

getReviews is engineered to assist local businesses in collecting authentic feedback from genuine patrons. We strictly uphold transparency and discourage unethical review gating or manipulation:

• No Fake Reviews: Merchants shall not post fabricated reviews, purchase bot reviews, or utilize getReviews to deceive consumers or search engines.
• Compliance Mode: getReviews offers a Compliance Mode toggle to ensure full alignment with Google Maps User Contributed Content policies. When lower ratings are received, patrons are invited to submit private feedback to resolve issues, while always preserving their ability to proceed directly to Google Maps if they prefer.
• Merchant Responsibility: The Merchant remains solely responsible for ensuring their review solicitation practices comply with local consumer protection guidelines and platform partner terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Asset Licensing

All software, user interfaces, source code, logos, and digital display templates provided by getReviews are the intellectual property of Praxion Technologies.

• Open Source Fonts: Typography utilized on our web interfaces (including Geist and Instrument Serif) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• Open Source Icons: Interface icons are provided via Lucide Icons under the permissive ISC open source license.
• Merchant Content: You retain full copyright ownership of your business name, logos, and branding uploaded to getReviews. You grant us a non-exclusive license solely to render these assets on your custom landing page and printable QR kits.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Praxion Technologies and its proprietors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API disruptions (such as Google Maps API outages or Razorpay gateway maintenance) or third-party listing ranking modifications.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
