At getReviews (built by Auravis), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you register a business, utilize our review routing widgets, scan QR codes, or interact with our platform in any way.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories to provide and improve our services:

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, logo, category, and payment credentials.
  • Google Business Profile Integration: If you choose to connect Google OAuth (optional/under development), we fetch and cache location lists, location reviews, and review replies to synchronize your dashboard stats.
  • Customer Feedback Data: When customers scan your custom flyer/QR codes, we record scan timestamps, ratings, generated draft reviews, and private feedback form submissions. We do NOT save customer emails or names unless they explicitly supply them in the feedback form.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provision and optimize your getReviews business landing page (`/r/[slug]`).
  • To generate intelligent AI review drafts matching business context, language styles, and keywords.
  • To deliver real-time reviews dashboard metrics and display customer feedback logs.
  • To handle billing conversions, subscription enforcement, and flyer image downloads.
  • To maintain platform security, prevent system abuse, and restrict spam operations.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We work with trusted third-party services to fulfill critical platform needs:

  • Supabase: For secure database hosting, session state, and customer authentication.
  • OpenAI: To analyze keywords and generate creative review template suggestions. We do not pass personally identifiable consumer data to OpenAI.
  • Google APIs: For Place Details reviews matching and profile sync endpoints.

5. Data Deletion & Retention

We store your business data as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and all cached Google reviews/scan logs at any time by emailing us at theparthpanjwani@gmail.com. Once processed, all database records associated with your business slug will be permanently deleted.
